Black and white Relationships

I live in Florida, and i see alot of interracial relationships; especially at my high school. Most people, often make fun of the couples, and make different racy jokes towards them or about them. We see these types of relationships all the time on TV shows, Cartoons, Movies, and other sources of entertainment. Some people are still living back in the "Stoneage" and believe that interracial relationships are "unacceptable" and "outrageous" I dont believe these opinions i think that as long as your happy with that other person, or spouse it shouldnt matter what color, culture, religion or etc. you are. Or should it? Give me your opinion, is it right or wrong? Who should be in control of that decision? Should there be some type of punishment for negative comments towards these people? Or should eveyone let diversity build? Are there any couples on here who are in a interracial relationship, please share to the audience your experience with being in this type of relationship. Is it easy to be in a society that somewhat put its race before love? My dear readers please give me your opinions about the subject, or share a story or instance when you were faced not only with being of different creed and color, but of different religion and how did it affect your social life. Is the world better off being segregated with one race with one race, and the other with its own? Would that really agree with America being diverse and free like its advertised on TV, and to other cultures? And last question what defies a "good relationship" and what makes a relationship a bad one?
