Technological advances have slowed the Colorado Rockies baseball team. Today, World Series tickets were supposed to go on sale. They were available only online. This is ridicules. What happened to the good old days when people would sleep in front of a stadium for three days waiting for that magical moment when the ticket office opens? Not this time. The Rockies said they were ready for the mass quantity of users logging on. According to 9News in Denver, 8.5 million users logged on and crashed the Rockies ticket sales office. I believe this is a case where technology has taken away from a great American past time.
