Ok well I'm new to this whole blogging stuff. Actually I started one on a different website..but I could never keep up with it like I wanted to. I'm competing in the scholarship competition. I really need the money.. I'm planning on going to an out of state school so money will get really tight for my family and I. But even after the scholarship competition is over I still plan to come and post blogs. I think this whole blogg thing is a good way to get your opinion out there so people can read. For me it helps me vent about life, and if I'm bored.. hey why not write. It also keeps me educated.. about different topics. Oh I'll also get alot better with my typing skills..
Anyways so here is a little bit about myself. I'm a senior in high school in Charleston SC. So even with that.. alot of stuff goes on in my life.. but I only have 3 more months to go. I participate in my schools Show Choir. I'm on my school's Cross Country Team, and I was President of the Speech and debate team at my school.. I had to end the team. Which sucked. I love to sing and act. Currently I'm auditoining at different Universities for entrance and for scholarships. I auditioned at Winthrop University for Voice, at Catawba for Musical Theater, at North Carolina School of the Arts for Theater, and East Carolina Univesity for Mical Theatre. I've been accepted into Catawba and for acting they offered me a renewable scholarship of 2,500. I'm really excited. I should hear from the other colleges in a week or two.

And, as weird as it sounds, I am pretty much the same as you, haha. I am a senior, ready to graduate, I run Track, I can't wait to freakin vote, I love debating politics, I'm newish to blogging, and I love getting college letters in the mail, haha. I'm also doing the whole scholarship shtick. I'm a musical theatre/ English education major, but I kinda have an advantage in that I live 45 minutes away from broadway.
