Sweet 16, your first car , first SAT, first job and more. Oh the good times. But all these adventures are stopped in their tracks by one anxiety: Getting to College.
No one pre warned us that our hands would be so overworked by writing that they would tend to cramp on us. No one said that our brains would become blank after taking numerous tests. No one said that we would be putting so much time in trying to go to school, have a job, play sports, and do community service that we would become drained emotionally , mentally and physically. No one said we would worry ourselves so much about making the top ten percent of our class. No one said that the TAKS test would make us or brake us towards graduating high school.
At times high school would make you wish you were a little kid again. That way you don’t have so many responsibilities. Well I will personally try my best to brake down the good ,bad and ugly road towards getting to that tribulation: college. I will also brake down the negative and the positive moments. The things I will go over will be:
Parents accepting your college decision
Community service
Tests
Getting Accepted or rejected from college
Scholarships
Being brain smart
And anything else you can think of or want me to inquire about.

I feel you on this one...sml

Thanks for your comment
I must add though that I was soo annoyed constantly because during 8th grade and 9th teachers and everyone were already talking about college. I was frustrated because it was still so long away. I know they were trying to prepare you but it didn't benefit me that much it just further stressed me out. Good blog though.. as always
