Now these days you can find numerous offers through the internet, at shops, on T. V., and radio. These offers are presented in some kind of beneficial way to interest you. You need gas to fill your tank? Well here is a offer for some free gas. Need a credit card to raise your financial stability? Well here’s one with 0 % interest. Sounds good right? Well all you have to do is sign your intelligence away right there by the X.
At first you might say, “Signing my intelligence away. No not me. I read the contract.” Many of us did. The first mistake that the majority of us make is: SKIMMING. Many of us like to define skimming as another method of reading things. Instead of reading the whole thing like a book worm, we let our eyes skim through only the information we feel that needs to be pertained. All the rest of that is gibberish. We don’t have time to read all those words. It will take us an hour or more by the time we are done. But we sure can wait an hour for some Starbucks!
Then there is another part of the contract that is nothing but destruction at times. We over look it because it is so small. We mistake it’s size for being extra gibberish that we don’t have to read because its annoying. You have to look at it sometimes with a magnifying glass: FINE PRINT. This is where you find the bad stuff: THE TRUTH. It tells you what requirements you must have, what terms and conditions apply to you , and how you really obtain that wonderful prize. But who wants to squint their eyes and attempt to read additional information? No body.
Last but not least is the fatal mistake that is so easy to make: SIGNING YOUR INTELLIGENCE AWAY. Some people don’t even read or skim through the contract. They just sign it.It’s a lot easier to sign something than reading all of its contents right? A lot of times, we are so happy that we are getting that new car or a vaction trip for two, excitement tends to fill our judgement at the time. But now we have what we want. Now we get to enjoy our beneficial prize. But when we get that statement in the mail , or another fee applied to our credit card, we wonder why.
It’s bad enough there are people trying to scam and fraud many innocent victims. But now many of us have to be on the look out because now these scamers sometimes come in the form of a car salesman, a banker, a television host and more. Few of them have good intentions for you. But others don’t and that’s why they pull out their cruel intentioned contract. So next time you decide to sign up for something or put your name on that contract, know what you are signing yourself up for.

Well thank you. I do try hard to get people interested to read the blog.
I totally agree..
I don't like signing stuff like that, because I'm to paranoid and don't want to take the time to read that but then again hey i still live at home with my parents so i don't really have to.

Well thank you very much on the congrats. I can admit that I see myself sometimes falling victim to skimming through the stuff. But before I sign I realize I may be signing my life away so I really need to read it.
You are very welcome!!
Yes you do as does everyone else.
Siging your life away doesn't sound like a very good thing.
