Teotihuacan rises from the decline of the Olmec, by 150 a.d. teoti. becomes the first "true" metropolis of NORTH AMERICA. Between 250 a.d. and 650 a.d. Mayan's have control, then in 700 a.d. Toltecs take control and there empire reaches into the southwestern united states including anasazi land. Toltec decline and the Mexica come forth, these are the descendents of the aztec. By 1447 they are 10 million strong.1519 The capital Tenochtitlan (mexico city) is the largest city in the world, 500,000 people. London only had 80,000 at the time.
1502 Columbus lands in central america, his fourth voyage.
1519 Mexico is invaded by Spain. 1521 Cortez conquers (Mexico City) with the help of the plagues the spanish brought with them. This marks the beginning of a 300 year long colonial period of "THE NEW SPAIN" which include the South western united states(Texas,New mexico, Arizona) and parts of california.
1602 Mayflower
1775 13 U.S. colonies none even close to mexico
1810 Napolean invades spain, Mexico declares independence. 1821 independence achieved
1836 Texas claims independence from Mexico
1846 Mexican-American war America Takes control of Texas, Arizona,New Mexico and California.53,00 mexicans live in new mexico territory (arizona inclueded in ter.) Texas gets statehood.
Therfore some of America used to belong to the descendents of the Aztecs,Mayans,and Spanish.We call these people Mexicans. Do you now understand why At the protests in L.A. they where chanting mexico? L.A. once was part of mexico. Now lets get into Nafta:
1982 America helps in the nationalization of banks, The peso is devalued.
1994 With the help of George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton NAFTA is born. American companies move into Mexicoand put thousands of Mexican companies out of business,Including Farmers.Companies like Wrigley gum,Home Depot, Whirlpool,Chrysler. The cost of labor for these companies are a tenth of what they would have to pay americans.
Present day:American companies realize China Is Cheaper than Mexico they pull out of Mexico and head for China.This Helps further Mexicos economic crisis.Mexicans come to America Bacause they Can Make Atleast A fifth More at the same Companies that are in mexico.
So Who is to blame For all the immigration problems? I Say America,This country took their land and the Indians land also and Gave them a reservation.Then the Government helps exploit cheap labor.Since America Started This Problem It is upto america to fix it. Lets get out of the Middle east and help mexico.

Good point. I've never been against the immigration since I feel that we should allow immigrants who are just trying to better themselves live here if they want to. But I didn't know about the things you wrote about in your post. That helps support my opinion on the matter even further.
I think it's Mexico false also. Mexico can't supply enough jobs for its people. This forces Mexicans to settle somewhere else. I guess we should get let them stay legally with some sort of visa.
