People talk about their individuality and uniforms and how the uniform suppress the expressing of their individual self, but does it really suppress their individuality and does it really matter if they do? I was born in
USSR and I always where a uniform to school that is what everyone did it wasn’t questioned. You know what you were going to where it was actually easier to get ready in the morning. Also no one judge you on what you had on or how you dressed just your personality. Then in fourth grade I when to a public American school now it suddenly mattered what I had on and how it looked, not too much but it mattered. Then came eight grad and that’s when certain people would not even talk to other people simply based on what they were had on. Too much influence was and is passed in school on what you have on. People are often overlooked because those don’t have the right thing on. Its ridicules I think all schools should change to uniforms this way people will not be jugged on their clothes but on what kind of people they are and it won’t take two hours just to get really for school with the perfect outfit (there is no such thing).
Does the Individual Matter?

I came from a uniform school and guess what, the judging still went out. Look if people want to form opinions about you they will because what it went to was, what brand of Khaki's were you wearing, what shoes, how was your hair, did you smell funny...always something. I hate people using the uniform thing like it will solve the ills of students. Not the truth at all!

I agree it doest solve everything but I still liked wearing the uniform better then not especially since I really didn't understand nor do I understand not about cloths and that does it have to do with anything.
