Positive thinking day was on september 13th, and I just remembered. I am sorry that I didn't tell you sooner. In remembrance of positive thinking day I would like to say a few words of advice. life happens to us- a lot. We get the good and the bad. But too often we forget about the good whenever something bad happens and that ruins our day. and if our day is ruined then we tend to infectioiusly spread that bad attitude to those around us. So if you are stuck in traffic, don't dwell on that. Think about how lucky you are to be alive, to have a family, to have a car when so many people don't.
If some one cuts in front of you while you are on the freeway, please don't cuss them out-no matter how tempting and self-righteous that act may seem. We have all been there. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they have a kid sick in the backseat who needs to get to the hospital. Maybe the driver is late for a job interview, and they need that job to put food on that table. We have all been through these expereinces and we have all cut people in traffic. How many times have we been honked at and cussed at? A lot. But dare to be the difference.
Be positive and kind, understanding and giving people the benefit of the doubt. And with your families, don't alienate them whether you are a teen or a married adult. They need you just as much as you needed them when you were an infant. Try to mend any family differences you may have. often, we pull and stretch a rubber badn, stretch time and hold grudges, and when we leave the rubber band alone (abandoning our families, not calling, etc.) it snaps back and we get hurt. So think positive, make a difference, make mark on this world. be positive, be an optimist. It will the world a more beautiful place.
