This happned to me about a year ago.
Background: I made my senior project and presented it for my English class. It got an A. For my spanish class we (the seniors) wore told that they could re-write our senior project into spanish. To present it for the spanish final. So I did my project, the same way I did it in english. To my shock I got a -B . To some It may not be a big deal, but to me I was angry because of what happened between my speech. My teacher did not say anything during the other speeches. During mine she challanged me. Saying that I was wrong. And looked at me with evil eyes.
Here is what I find funny. My speech was on how fast food is not to blame for how people become fat. That they are shown how bad it is, and can view the calories anytime. How eventhough they know how bad it is, they get up, they order, they eat, than blame the restaurant for being fat. And I am very skinny, my teacher was 3 times her weight/overweight. I wonder if she graded me on work or on opinion. I saw other people with far worse papers get better than me. So wether my paper deserved that grade or not, can see try to teach by opinion. She is a teacher, she was trying to get us to believe that we should blame others for what we do.

I dont think I have had a teacher that didnt disagree with me about something...sometimes you just have to shut up, and keep your opinions to yourself. I have learned how to do that rather well when it comes to projects.
I know that teachers can disagree, but just trash your comments if she does not agree? it was our project, she was suppose to keep her opinion to herself, like she did with the other 35 students. Sometimes speaking out makes one feel better.
yeah everyone has opinions. and everyone is going be a little subjective regardless of how hard they try to be objective.
