I got a lot of positive help from my last blog entry and want to thank you all for your comments. I have to say though that our lives move too fast and I have been unable to even look at the links that were sent.
Going to work, going to classes, taking care of our homes, going out and trying not to offend anyone by telling them no you are just to tired makes life hectic and just plain too busy. I wish that I could say I have researched every site that was commented to me in the last entry, but I can't. I will get around to it, and hopefully soon, but life is too busy sometimes. I believe that it is in the time we live in. Everything is so busy. I couldn't even imagine having more things on my plate. I work, I am starting classes for my degree, I own a home and have to keep it up, I have to pay attention to my husband, and lets not forget the rest of my family and friends. I try hard not to insult anyone by putting my foot down and saying: "No, I am sorry, but I need me time." I wish that life was simpler. I have friends with kids and I give them much credit for this. I couldn't even imagine throwing that into the mix.
Sometimes I wish I lived in a slower paced time in life, where not everyone had to rely on cafinated beverages just to survive. Even vacations seem to get packed with things to do, and everyone has a sugestion on where you must eat and what you must see on your vacation, which means then even more running. When will it all stop.
Fast paced world

You make some good points. I often wonder what it would be like if we all lived back when we had mom and pop shops and there was a thing called "leisure time". Now days people are asking you what your going to do with you free time, as if we must plan our free time as well. It's kind of crazy. I feel so hurried sometimes, that's when I just tell people. Hold on, slow down, what's the rush. Even simple things like dinner is getting rushed. Now we have fast food and it can be eaten in the car on your way to do something else.
