Does your vote count? I'm not sure. What is the electoral college? Why do they get to decide who wins?
These all are answers that were probably shoved in some government class we were all required to take in high school. However, it is surprising to find out exactly how few people know the answer to these questions.
So are you going to vote? Am I going to vote? Are the presidential candidates any different from one another? Will anything change? Will they keep their promises?
Faced with this question, it is easy to become disillusioned with democracy. However, I still choose to vote. This is a right that people have died to give to me. So, if for no other reason, I choose to vote because the people that made this country what it is given their life so I may have the right to vote as I want.
Apparently I need 200 words in order to make my blog count so I will continue to babble on until this red type face goes away.
I'm going to tell you about a little game called Rock Band. It is great. If you ever want to play a rockin game I would suggest this one. If you want to be my friend on Rock Band my user name is Kalamine just like my user name here. I am pretty good. I can do 14 songs on hard level for the drums. Although this may not seem like a huge accomplishment to most people out there, it is for me and many people who have struggled through endless Medium renditions of Say it Ain't so and Maps.
Maps is my favorite song on Rock Band so far. I don't think I've unlocked all the songs yet so I'm excited to see if another song will knock Maps out of my top spot. I especially like to sing and play the drums or the quitar to this song. However, my brother took back his mic stand so I can't do both right now. If anyone knows where I can get a cheap quality mic stand please let me know.
Also, Last Train to Clarksville is a pretty fun song too.
I'm going to check if this is 200 words now.....
