My friend and I tend to claim that we are overweight. When we look in the mirror, of course, it makes us depressed and disappointed in ourselves. I was wondering what other wasy that there are to lose weight. Not only to lose weight, but still stay healthy. For the past months or years or so, I have been exercising and THEN eat, instead of eating and exercising because i heard it helps you burn fat. Now that I have come to college, I barely exercise anymore and I keep on stuffing food in my mouth. Is there a way for me to somehow lose weight yet stay healthy instead of going anorexic?

LOOK! being anorexic is NASTY and you're a beautiful girl. u know what helped me a lot? [even though I'm a guy and stuff]believe it or not, drink only water [along with eating still]. for about 3 months or so, all i drank was h20. I still ate, but i substituted everything I drank for water. I lost about 10 lbs. I mean, we don't realize the amount of sugars and stuff that soft drinks etc. have, and how much they affect our weight. Also, if you do eat fast food [which in college is mostly unavoidable], then eat things that aren't as bad. Like get a small instead of medium, or get a chicken wrap instead of a big bacon cheeseburger haha. Get iced tea instead of coke. I think these small steps should yield some small results. With losing weight, it's about not letting yourself down. You gotta stick with your plan. I hope this helps a little!
Change your self image.
No, seriously. If you're happy with your body, and happy in general, you'll be able to lose extra pounds that you have. Wear a pedometer too, and walk as much as you can. Drink lots of water. Good luck!

Just start eating smaller portions.
Take what they give you in a restaurant, throw 1/2 to 2/3 away & eat that. I'm blessed with a small stomach & can never finish what someone puts on my plate & still have a 32" waist.
I stay away from carbs, mainly starches. Not much bread, no potatoes, no rice a little pasta, I never touch a french fry!
I hope that helps, if all else fails you could try Trimspa coupled with Methadone, that seemed to work for Anna Nicole.
and you don't look overweight. But if you really that you are and you do want to lose some weight, seriously yoga works, I'm not even kidding. I love it. Not only will it help you lose weight but it builds muscle (cuz it's harder than it looks) but you'll be less stress free which will also make you feel better. Hope this helps!
