One of my friend recently cammped out in front of a Best Buy in order to buy a Playstation 3. The only thing is he never even intended to open the box. He went there to make money. Currently Playstation 3's are selling for $2,700 on Ebay and they only cost $500. That is a huge profit for not very much work at all.
I heard an interview with a kid that was in the front of the line at one of the local Best Buys and he said he had been their since Wednesday at 8:00 PM. THe Playstation 3's were not sold until Friday morning. He did all of this so he could get a Playstation 3 to sell on Ebay.
The reason they are being sold for so much is because there is so little supply. Most stores only had about 30 Playstations 3's this morning so it is very difficult to get one and I guess people are willing to pay a lot more to get it a little earlier.
