This is the whole video of a UCLA student getting tased, a lot, and an article by the American Library Association.  I chose this article because it should be reasonably unbiased, and should have some kind of stake in keeping libraries safe.  I have a stake in making sure these cops get crucified.

The only reason those students watching don't do anything is because they are threatened and afraid.  We are taught to fear the po-lice, and they make sure they have guns to back it up.  Somhow cops are supposed to be above because they wear a uniform?  They are here to protect us!  Not beat us.

Plenty of people are going to say, "Well, he must have been resisting to get treated like that," and to that I say this:  I don't care.  That's right, I do not give a good goddamn what you WERE doing, once you have been tased and cuffed and have stopped resisting physically you SHOULD NOT BE TASED AGAIN.  At the point where the kid gets tased again his worst offence is not standing because HE JUST GOT TASERED.

And you know what pisses me off?  I bet these cops won't get anything but a slap on the wrist.  That's right your culture of fear and "respect" for the police will keep them safe.  This kind of thing happens all the time, and when we are lucky enough to catch these fucking pigs they get off because of the beautiful fraternity of law enforcement.

These worthless human beings with tasers go on a power trip and treat the general populace like frogs in biology lab.  That's right. They just want to see our legs jump and twitch.  You think we hate the cops, well let me tell you, the cops hate us.  WE are all just criminals waiting to get arrested.  THey are not interested in protecting anybody, they are interested in catching and prosecuting criminals.  They do not care about your rights.  They care that a law has been broken and that they are going to get to lay hands on someone who can't complain.

Just watch "COPS" someday, they are always talking about catching people, not protecting them or keeping people safe.  They want to, "Catch the bastard that did this."

I want to see ethics tests for police officers.  I want psychology tests.  I have to take some stupid profiling test to make sure I am not going to steal from my local McDonald's, but because some scumbag with a hard on for power passes his police academy exams with a C average he gets to run around with a gun and a boner just waiting to beat some poor sucker into submission.

These alpha male animals pumped up on stupid and the smell of twitching electrocuted flesh are supposed to be the protectors of society?  Fuck that, I am seriously starting to consider just giving everybody a gun and letting people defend themselves so that we don't have to deal with this idea that we can't do ANYTHING without the po-lice.  Most the time they can't help me anyway.  I really, really hate that we have to rely on these people to protect us when we are wronged.  It sickens me.
