Ways to Lose Weight Naturally

Over the years I have struggled with my weight. I have found several things that work for me, and many that do not.

I have learned that the Adkins Diet is 100% successful in losing weight, but in the long run, it is NOT the answer to a healthy lifestyle. Infact, the purpose of Adkins is to cut out carbohydrates, when infact, the amount of food you should eat daily should be 70% carbs. High Blood pressure and heart problems are also associated with Adkins.

I've tried various diet pills, and while most of the brands I have tried seemed to work while I was taking them, the weight returned as soon as I ran out of pills. Apple Cider Vinegar really seemed to help me a lot and I noticed a big difference in my appearance and overall well-being. Any brand is good, as most of them are the same anyway. It's natural and has many good side effets!

A steady, healthy diet with lots of furits, vegetables, lean meats, pastas, rices, and little salt and sugar, along with moderate exercise will definately help you to lose weight. It might take a little longer than taking 'miracle diet pills', but will be one of the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it off.

a lot of diets can be seen as "Scams" because like you said, some are not benifitial in the long run, or they arent healthy because you are missing out on some of your food groups. some of the diets that tell you not to eat much of the breads and pastas are really bad, because those are the foods you need most of in your healthy diets. it is what provides the most of your energy and is used healthily.

Ha. I didn't need to try all those diet fads and diet pills to figure that out.

I've heard that if you eat more often during the day, but in smaller portions it's better for you. I've also heard that grapefruit speeds up your metabolism. One other thing I've heard is that sometimes when you think you're hungry that you're really just thirsty. So instead of eating everytime have something to drink like some juice or something. I don't know how true these things are I've just heard them from various people. I can say this though. I've never had a problem with my weight and always eaten a lot, just not all at once. I don't like to be full. I just eat til I'm not hungry anymore. Also I'm a picky eater so if I can't find something around the house I like to eat sometimes just drinking a glass of juice does help. So maybe there's some truth to those things. I don't know, just thought I would share.

I heard somewhere that the Atkins diet could kill you...diet pills can do so too. There's side effects in pills, so why try it? Natural dieting is good, and it is Actually nutritious, not like those fake fads for dieting.

This is an excellent blog. I've experience some of the same thing. I've only recently gained a little weight, and in trying to find the "perfect weight loss solution" I've found that there really is nothing like a good jog and some steamed veggies.

The more I excersize and eat right the better I feel.
