Micheal Jordan was and still is the best basketball player of all time. He has accomplished so much in his career. He has succeeded on the court and off the court with many great business choices. He has created his popular clothing and shoes line, Jordan or Air Jordan, and has also became an sponser in motorcycle racing, but not many know about that. His most popular items though are his shoes. He has came out with twenty-one basketball shoes in many different colors along with other shoes that he has not numbered. He has signed many great athletes to be under his label, some of these athletes are Derek Jeter, Carmelo Anthony, Marvin Harris, Roy Jones Jr., along with many others. If you ask any athlete, especially basketball players, what kind of shoes they would want, they would probably say a pair of Jordans. They are comfortable and very trendy. Jordan has been able to re-release past shoes in different colors and have them sell out the first day. Most people don't even wear their Jordans to play basketball or other sports in. People wear them so they can look "clean", "fresh", "fly", "cool". I have met many people who do not even wear their Jordans, all they do is collect them. I played basketball with a kid who bought every pair of Jordans in almost every color. I feel that is a little to much but i understand why he did this. Jordans are my favorite kinds of shoes. I have about eleven pairs of Jordnas myself. Everyone seems to love them. Jordans have always been trendy ever since the first pair of Jordans came out. Spike Lee, famous director, and Will Smith, when he was the Fresh Prince, wore them all the time. I even had a pair when i was a young kid around age five. Jordans are the most popluar shoes on the market and the most wanted. Air Jordans are the best shoes.

Jordans are clean and i do own a few pairs myself, but I think the new and fresh kicks are vans. Vans are sweeping the nation. They've already been popular with the skateboarder nation who you wouldn't probably catch dead in a pair of J's, and is now become quite popular with the hip hop nation. Plenty of music artists and young teens are sporting these new and hip laced or slip on shoes. With the release of the song "van's" by The Pack, which is popular not only in the bay area but other places across the U.S. vans are becoming cool for hip hop lovers everywhere. I love J's but vans are much much cheaper. Than run about $40 dollars a pair, while J's hit for at least $100+. I don't know but vans may be the new "gotta have" shoe.
Jordans are pretty good shoes. I used to have a pair when i was like a freshman in high school, then i let my cousin borrow them and they got stolen . But yeh, they were clean when i bought them. Jordans are the best shoes around you can get, fuck vans, thats another issue. However the only thing that bothers me about these are the fact the cost so much. They range from $100 to $300. I even seen a pair of jordans that cost 500 dollars. Its pretty stupid how a pair of shoes can cost more than a dell computer. But they are really good shoes and their comfortable. I personally like just plain black or white nikes and i probably wouldnt buy a pair of jordans because they all have like different colors to them and im not into having colorful shoes.
