AYE!!!! Now i dont want it 2 seem like im totally against the guy but i mean really, why do u think he has the black vote the young ( which alludes to dumb) vote? He is a scam artist who is so good with his words he manages to give whole speeches about absolutely nothing!!!!! He even had me under his spell with his big words n strong voice.
Not to say he has no good ideas but cmon who cant come up with a good idea? some of his ideas areideas i already thought of, does that mean i too can run for President?NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! The nation would be in shambles any politician can come up with a good idea BUT the PRESIDENT needs to have SOLID plans to make those ideas work
I went on his website today and looked thru his views on education of all the ideas only one (and a possible, im still researching) had a clear solid plan to go with it. Hillary might have "questionable" ways of getting her funding but atleast its out in the open and if the money is going to a good place who are we to complain
~extremely frustrated sigh~
But I have to give it to the guy, most of his ideas are pretty good. Maybe in the 2012 or 2016 election I would have been his number one supporter but as for Election '08 he is bereft of my vote
Thanx for reading i'll do my best to keep u posted

i like Obama and what he has to say......I like McCain and what he has to say.......Hillary is robotic to me
Sir if u like what hes saying thats all well and good but if u get pass all the wrds is he really sayin anything at all?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I dont think so....what about u

A word of advice, vowels are appreciated by most members of the ProU community.
Also, why is the young vote necessarily dumb?

I hate your blog. All the letters, sentences, and phrases are necessary. I'm with JSAJ (the dog with funny ears) on this one.

Is hate too strong of a word or did it really take away from the context of my blog
wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!
It really dimishes the point and purpose and it really turned me off to anything you had to say. It's like showing up to a job interview in ripped jeans and a dirty shirt looking as if you hadn't showered in a a year. >.< You had a good message, but I was too busy focusing on translating the "internet" to English.

Well i have made the necessary changes and will keep the text talk for my friends
enjoy and please keep reading
wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!
Please excuse my lack of vowel use. I will try to incorparte more of them, My only fault was that i assumed, on my blog, i could write anything i wanted, anyway I liked it. Forgive me, I was wrong.
I call the young vote the dumb vote because most all of the kids i have asked ages 16-21 have no other reason as to why they are voting for Obama outside of
"He's gonna be the first black President"
"I want to make 'history' "
"He stands for change, I like that"
The last one is my personal favorite because i am dying to know what change is he making that Hillary isnt making as well? Are they both not the "first" in their fields?
One could be the first black president and one could be the first woman president
If i offended you i apologize but i stand behind what i say.
~wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!~
Within reason, you can write whatever you want. However, the use of proper English here goes much further in your chances of success, especially if you're in the contest.
On another note, I think you give the younger generations far too little credit. As is continually seen here at ProgressiveU, younger voters aren't the bumbling clueless idiots they are made out to be. In truth, I've heard just as many adults give me harebrained reasosn for voting this way or that way or not voting at all than I have the younger voters. So.. it's not just a young problem. It's more a broad range idiocy problem.

I agree; the ignorance of the world cannot, must not, be placed on the younger generation. I just feel as though that is who Obama is targeting and people need to be made aware so they can wake up and vote for themselves

I really love this. Not because it makes any sense or logic, but because it is coming from someone named voyce of da yung.
OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!
Why can"t you people just let me be?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Dude i appreciate the fact that you thought that my blog was atleast worth commenting on but geez la flippin weez get a life and stop worrying about who i am but what im sayin
You remind me of a politician always dodging the point
On a seperate note, it was my friends idea for that to be my username and because i had nothing else to use i just went with it, okay?
wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!
I can't figure out why you don't endorse someone this election that you all but proclaim your endorsement for the next elections. Also, what are you doing asking a 16 year-old who they are voting for. We cant vote until we're 18 in this country.
I am not endorsing Obama now because I think he needs to work on his plans for the future of our country for a little while before he thinks to run for the President of The United States
Like i said maybe in 4 or 8 more years his plans will be more solid and clear enough so that trying to figure them out isnt as hard for an American citizen as playing Suduko is to a monkey
And who is 16

this comment is for the blogger....i pay attention to politics on a daily basis....all news channels
i am also young and african american.......just to let you know
i do feel that WHEN Barack Obama becomes president that it will be a culmination of centuries of struggle....think about it like this....about 300 years ago black people were treated as animals by society and the LAW.....imagine 300 years from now a DOG BECOMING PRESIDENT......
Also Mr. Obama has a lot to say...First and foremost that all minors, Children under the age of 18, will have health care.....THAT IS HUGE
He wants the troops out of IRAQ.....He never wanted them there in the first place
He wants to change the no child left behind Act....which treats kids as numbers, passing them even if they do not display a comprehension of the current subject matter......ALSO HUGE
Barack Obama feels that by diplomacy we can ensure the safety of Americans.....THAT MEANS NO WAR
Barack Obama supports immigration reform.....BASICALLY COMING UP WITH A PLAN TO DEAL WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.....
BASED ON THIS INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE FACT THAT HIS FACE WILL GIVE OUTSIDE NATIONS A REASON TO BELIEVE THAT AMERICA IS READY TO WORK WITH THOSE THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH I SUPPORT Barack OBAMA!
I would also like to say that the PRESIDENT is not supposed to make everything better.....it is his job to work with Congress, supporting what he feels with make american society better.......
Sir thats great and like i said in my blog i agree that he has great ideas but he has not really made anything clear about his plans to make those ideas successful. My major concern is funding. Since you are keeping up with Obama, tell me, how does he plan to fund all of these great ideas?
wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!
I'm concerned with the government portion of the GDP growing as well, but we do not have ANY candidates left in the race with a chance of winning who have made that an issue.
Healthcare:
Myth: national healthcare will be more expensive.
"In 2005, per-capita spending for health care in the U.S. was US$6,401; in Canada, US$3,3326.[5] The U.S. spent 15.3% of GDP on health care in that year; Canada spent 9.8%."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_and_American_health_care_systems_c...
The US government spends MUCH MORE on the last 6 months of life than most industrial nations, and because of medicare/Medicaid that is mostly your tax dollars. Money spent on the health of an 80 year old is a far worse investment than money spent giving care to children which is the focus of Obamas platform. If he were to specifically back taking any of the money from the elderly who currently get the lions share from the US government it would be political suicide.

Pulling out of Iraq
Huge savings would occur if this happens.

Education
We already spend a ton, with questionable results. New, or experimental programs do not cost more than the present ones. Do you have any reason to think they would?
So Obama has 'good ideas' but is not as good as Hillary? Why? I hope you are just trying to set up a straw man argument, because you definitely have not shown any reason for your position. If you object to Obama's lack of specifics why not get specific yourself?
A Fact is Always Better Than an Ideal.
Oh boy, dont take this too hard okay
Healthcare
So when he says he's giving ALL people healthcare, he's only refering to young children even though older people will pay taxes on it?
Iraq
What savings are you refering to? How much would it cost to get our troops out of Iraq and will it entail ANOTHER increase in taxes
Education
Yes i have plenty of reasons to think that it would go up. Lets start with how he wants to pay for teachers to got to school good idea yes cheap idea no. Lets talk about how he wants to improve the No Child Left Behind Act. Hes gonna have to spend to take it down almost vanish it out of thin air then spend to reinstate it with the new-costly- improvements. Maybe you love when taxes takes half of your check but i sure dont.
Be Specific
Yeah hun why dont you take your own advice. You're about as specific as Obama is.
And on a final note I'd appreciate it if you cover up.
~wrds r meant 2 b heard, so keep ur ears open!!!!~
/::) Reread what Chillbill said before you resort to name calling, please. Just because you are of the opinion that someone more intelligent than you is ignorant doesn't mean you need to voice the opinion. Better to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt, eh?

I am fairly resiliant. If you manage to offend me I'll gain some insight from it.
"So when he says he's giving ALL people healthcare, he's only refering to young children even though older people will pay taxes on it?"
He is not for a single payer system, Hillary is. Here is his position page:
http://www.barackobama.com/issues/healthcare/
"Obama will make available a new national health plan to all Americans, including the self-employed and small businesses, to buy affordable health coverage that is similar to the plan available to members of Congress."
"Obama will require that all children have health care coverage."

Iraq
Personaly I do not agree with Obama on this one, I think we should stay for the benefit of Iraqis and our oil interests in the region. Thinking that leaving would cost more than staying? LOL Do you EVER read?
http://zfacts.com/p/447.html
Pulling out would be a one time cost, and it would not exceed the 2 Billion per week to stay.
---
Education
http://www.barackobama.com/issues/education/
Yes here he will spend more. So I have to give you this one. I think spending more on education is a good thing. Would you like to tell me why it isn't?
---
Where does the money come from?
http://www.barackobama.com/issues/fiscal/
He seems to be pretty specific here. Which part of these specific plans do you hate?
I can't say I expect him to ballance the budget, but who has? The president has to work with Congress and the senate to do anything. We are not electing a dictator.
A Fact is Always Better Than an Ideal.
Aye :?!)
I believe the US is not ready for a collared President, there is to much (fear) paranoia already amongst US citizens.
If he makes it to become, you might all find yourself living upon slippery ice, actually the whole world.
I personally hope he doesn’t make it to become, regardless if he is the right guy for the job.
Some (higher authority) could use him to start the biggest genocide the world has ever known.
Doesn’t it cross your minds?
Hmm, please expand. This is an interesting theory.
I believe many US citizens are well aware of the fact your actual president just like the previous one’s is nothing more than a puppet that has been put in place while controlled by individuals that hide behind a curtain which control the framework you are all part of.
This framework together with it’s puppeteers has been around for a long time (1913) and regardless of what many might think, they are in control of every aspect of your lives. They have a tight grip around your b*lls.
This little group of people decide about many things not giving a rat’s *** about you or anybody else because they simply just don’t care.
For centuries already mayor players behind this curtain of greed are playing a ruthless game of worldly chess having made them to have lost all reason when it comes to human interest or human value. With their lies they have sucked you dry and now have come to face an obstacle, because the system they have created around your lives has come to find itself in a dead end street.
To take away the illusion, they knew this moment in time would sooner or later come to present itself. You are all part and living in a “credit system” a system that is containing even much more is about to explode in your faces. Bottom line is that the bank is controlling your country and pushing all of you deeper in debt.
So what's this do with a new president making his way?
What can he possibly tell or bring you! The truth?
He might soon find himself into a position that is far from bringing solutions or restore the many problems the US is facing and therefore be blamed for more than he might own credit for!
Within the situation you are all lingering, it is hard to predict an outcome, cause behind the scenes they can easily add a bit of this and that to stir up the big herd. Opinions inside this herd make such that chaos might suddenly come down upon you all as a sledgehammer bringing trauma’s you can’t possible avoid nor comprehend.
I’m not even going to bring up the tensions that might arise inside a situation that is as delicate as the one your are all finding yourself in now. Therefore it might be in everybody’s interest (for now) to consider skipping the thought of a colored president and try to focus upon the truth behind the curtain they are holding up against you now.
Overseas many discus about what would be the possible outcome if a collared president would be put in place, put in place because most of us carry little trust in that voting system of yours.
Voting got all a bit messy in 2004, didn’t it?
There is no much guessing when it comes upon who are the one’s deciding who will become the next president, regardless of the act they are putting up for you.
What if he (the new president) doesn’t make it to see the next day in case some (fatal) event should occur during his term?
An event that might bring solutions to some controlling our lives which on the other hand might imply many other things to change rapidly. Especially when it is inflicted upon us all within a format of a well designed plan that doesn’t include any of us to be a part of.
All this while it draws attention away from the real truth. Like I said many times before, we (not only US citizens) are all nothing more but slaves, a number on a computerscreen which is sucked dry!
Effect’s of Hurricane Katrina were already a fine example on were priorities lie in regard to US citizens.
A colored president that might not live to see the day is not really a wishful thought in times were media is controlled by individuals capable of putting in place an intelligent plan that lacks all human emotion.
To nationwide stop paying taxes might bring a shift in more than one possible scenario…but than again this is all nothing more but fiction!
Isn’t it?
If you care to find a wakeup call, Google your way around.
The truth in order to lift up the curtain that is out there…
I love this, and I have a strong feeling that Obama will be taken out once he is president. I will look further into this.
I agree, our whole governement system seems to be puppets and I have a guess that besides the bank, that the military industrial complex and Blackwater have their hands in it also.
""A colored president that might not live to see the day is not really a wishful thought in times were media is controlled by individuals capable of putting in place an intelligent plan that lacks all human emotion."""
check this out.....hahaha, oh my gosh....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hU-Hos2uBjM
Wake up my American friends....
Bahaha, very sneaky, very sneaky indeed. For the media that is heavily biased toward the left, they took a nasty shot at Obama.
If ever something bad would happen, a solution would be to immediately vote a new president and fix the problems inside, to solve the problem over and over again until you had the last president to stand what he stands for, to die.
Choosing one that can live out his colour will become a reality which brings much more than peace alone, stick with the one’s that can’t, regardless colour, so the issue can melt it’s way in a history never forgotten!
Support in pain and colour, reach out and gain the biggest fight of history, on grounds never to leave again! The rise of a proud desire that conquers the hearts of the world with only the wish to make it a safer place for all…
Vote colours that don’t make it to see the day, it will bring a balance that will fix and eradicate many problems, like the big ones first,
