ok lets talk about the situation with TI. some of the people at my school believe he was set up because the bodyguard was new. But it really makes one wonder why in the hell would TI want to buy 5 machine guns. I dont think he would buy them just to have or just to show. I think he was going to use them on someone. Lets be serious, gun are expensive pieces of merchandise. who in the hell buys them for show? thats pure stupidity on his part and he is already convicted. i hear he could get 10 to 45 years in prison. maybe it was the T.I.P that boutght the guns in stead of T.I. Maybe the bodyguard did not try to set him up but instead snitched because he didnt want to go to jail. why would a new body guard who has no ties with T.I. but a salary risk going to jail for him? Had the bodyguard not told on T.I., he probably would be convicted along with him.

I just found the story on MSNBC and I am disguisted that his attorneys have the audacity to ask for his release.
I keep reiterating that this is what is wrong with our society! How dare we let a man free who tried to illegally obtain three machine guns! And two silencers, which are just as illegal!
He wasn't planning on using them for home protection, that's for sure. At least not in the sense that most law-abiding folks protect their homes.
Ugh.
