I am eating wheat thins but they are not really all that low in calories or carbs. That kind of ticks me off! But they are really good, though!

Well, I have decided to write down everything that I am going to eat in a day the night before. And I plan to stick to that list and eat nothing that is not on that list. Also, I have decided to say that I am NOT on a diet... I am just simply, though it is not really simple at all, changing my lifestyle.

Today was my free day of the week. I hope that I do not cheat and decide to have one or more free days this week! I read a blog about how the enemy is me. Of course I think that satan is the enemy but I also agree with the blog. Satan is working through me. The devil is my appetite and I become the enemy when I give into temptation.

I actually stuck to my meal plan at lunch today. I am very proud of myself. I am going to miss my afternoon snack, though because I have to work. You see, when you are big all you do is think about food! It is a cruch for the heavy just as a beer is a cruch for an alcoholic. It is just so hard to quite your cruch! Your cruch is your comfort zone. It is even hard to transfer your cruch to something else. I tried that with ciggeretts and it did not work!

Food is a really hard addiction to break, simply because you can't stop eating. And cigarettes probably aren't the best thing to transfer the addiction to.
Good job for sticking with your schedule too. Keep it up
