Hello...
My name is Nikket aka JaPrincess. I'm new to this blogging thing. Well not really. I do it sometimes on MySpace but I don't think its similar to whats going on at this website. I came upon ProgressiveU on Fastweb. I was looking for more scholarships to be a part of (and of course hopefully win) when I saw this one in my inbox. Now for this purpose I'm not just writing to partake in the blogging contest that ProgressiveU is hosting, but I also want to connect with others my age who are as open-minded and talkative about al subjects that affect us as I am. I currently have to talk to my parents because some of my friends and other young adults that I know don't care to discuss these issues so much. Or read as much as I do. I'm also open to learning new things. So if you feel that something is missing from my blogs that you believe I should know or whatever, please feel free to let me know. I know it sounds all corny and a bit rehearsed but thats just the way I speak as well. I don't know where exactly to start with wrtiting these blogs but I figure I'll just go with the flow and see how all things occur. :)

Yeah, ProgressiveU is definitely not MySpace. Make sure you read other entry and the rules of the contest so you know what to expect.
You will be able to connect to people here and some of us get into discussions on blogs. If you stay around long enough, you'll get to know your fellow bloggers pretty well.
