Ok. So the father of my child that saids that she is not his. Is taking me to court because he thinks that I am going to screw him over because of children soport. I think that it is bullshit. He is going to lie to them like he lied to everyone. I have no clue what to do and the worst part is that I think that he would try to tell the court that I am a bad parent and that I am not taking care of my daughter which I am doing and doing will. I got high blood pressure from him and all the stress he gives me. I almost lost my daughter because of him and how he acted and always yelling and telling me how bad of a person I am. I love my daughter so much and I don't want to lose her.Write more later.

What is he going to lie about? I don't know much about law, but if you want to prove that child is his...there's always DNA testing. I'm not sure what else he can lie about. If you have been treating the child well, you have nothing to worry about. Perhaps you can bring references/neighbors/friends/family members to testify. lol I'm thinking of law and order kind of stuff. But you shouldn't let those people get into your head. Fight for what's right. You have nothing to be afraid of.

I agree. If you know the child is his, and you haven't done anything wrong, then you have nothing to be afraid of. Bring him to court, and force him to pay child support.
thanks. I just need to gt it out of my head what he told me. He just wants to get back at me the way he thinks will hurt the most and that is trying to take my daughter away.
