Bullying Exposed: Why BULLY'S ARE NOT WRONG!
In today’s society the art/ practice of bullying is increasing. At sometime in our lives we have all been bullied and most of the people reading this blog have bullied some one! Most of the time a bully targets someone who is vulnerable to a weakness they aren't. As the complexity of the world increases bullying is involving into more than then just playground play. The act of bullying is increasing.
I don’t understand cyberspace bullying maybe because I grew up in a different generation but it has become a huge problem. Exploitation; kids are tormenting each other and tearing their self-esteems to an ultimate low. Destructing/ trashing others possessions outside of school has also become a big problem; there is the classic playground/ school bullying that has been around for decades.
So are bullies really wrong? NO! Ok yes they are wrong for bullying but the art of bullying is the humanistic thing to do. In a world where men and women will go to any extreme to be bigger, better, bolder, and quite frankly the best at anything bullying is to be expected. Think about all the men that want the biggest biceps or the best “bod”; and women who want that coke bottle figure. That is just 2 examples of many that we want to obtain (pictures below).
When any human with the power/ control of something no matter the intentions (good or bad) you do it your own way, you know the way you like it. Our society has trained to be this way. We have all heard “Survival of the Fittest” theory. It really is saying if you aren’t the best or striving to be the best than prepare for the worse. It sounds harsh but that’s how it is.
The bottom line is bullying is to be expected. The art of bullying will continue to worsen as people continue on the paths of extremeness to get there goal. To me the only way to change this mentality is to completely revamp society, change the way we think, and develop the talents we have and everything else will fall into place!

exactly you just said "well duh" people will push the smaller ones around. . .so why do we make such a big deal about solutions and bullies are hurting inside and envy the people they beat up! Its the humanistic thing to do and to stop it another approach must be taken to if we wanna slow down this art!
"Bully's are not wrong?" Bully's WHAT are not wrong? Don't you mean 'bullies'?
yeh thanks!
Just becuase its the "human" thing to do doesn't mean we can't control it :)

I have recently been re-watching an old television favorite of mine, Babylon 5. Shortly after reading your blog, I wathced the episode titled "The Ragged Edge." In it, G'Kar says the following:
"In the past we had little to do with other races. Evolution teaches us that we must fight that which is different in order secure land, food, and mates for ourselves, but we must reach a point when the nobility of intellect asserts itself and says: No. We need not be afraid of those who are different, we can embrace that difference and learn from it."

Arthur: Which is the greatest quality of knighthood?
Merlin: Truth. That's it. Yes. It must be truth, above all. When a man lies, he murders some part of the world.
(From John Boorman's Excalibur)
Most bullies have had sucessful experiences with this type of practice. It only takes one bad experience for a bully to re-examine what he /she is doing. Then a personal cost/benefit analysis must be madeif the bully wants to continue in their trademark techniques. It would quickly cease being a problem when significant opposition/ negative consequences are acheived
Best bet is to mind your own. All will be well my little chickens

I understand that now (because I never did till I read this blog) because my sister is like that at her job because she goes to the extremes to get what she wants.
