**Before you read this post, let me be clear that this post is just pure inspirational with the exception of searching Chrysler and Cerberus Capital Management for more info.**

Hello, this is another excerpt of collaborative news at http://sjenterprises.blogspot.com/ that I want you to look at. I'm sure you know about this; just bringing more awareness.

I've been talking about things worldwide. I just got finished talking about the Disadvantaged America (of course I'll come back to this subject), and I have plans to launch a series on Israel. But first, I want to bring my fair opinion, good will, and attention from the world to my hometown concerning the sale of Chrysler Corporation to Cerberus Capital Management.

As you know, Chrysler will be bought for $7.4 billion dollars by the private investor. Cerberus invests in many venues, including restaurants, construction companies, and growing in the automotive industry. Cerberus swooped down and claimed Chrysler for so little money compared to the $36 billion dollars it took to marry Daimler and Chrysler. Now, Cerberus will hold about 80% of Chrysler, while Daimler, about 20%, to keep Chrysler award-winning designs intact. Chrysler had rising concerns about high pension, health costs, and declining market share.

Well, I believe that all of that is about to change with the help of Cerberus, as well as requesting help of other investors and shareholders. I believe firmly and positively that "what goes down must come UP!" in terms of failing situations concerning employment and unintentional lack. As I have stressed before, America has to work together! I do know that competition is everywhere. We compete in our businesses, we compete in our lifestyles, we strive to be most unique, but at the same time... if someone is involved in a company that is ailing and they want to see them better or see them out of the rut, they would go through different degrees, different measures to make sure that a company is staying afloat. That is what Cerberus is doing.

Me talking about Cerberus and Chrysler was just an example of what we should strive to do in everyday life. In the midst of trouble, you got to do whatever it takes to make sure that your economy stays stable. Big or small, it could be anything from investing in a declining majority company (risky but it works. I don't want to be responsible for your investing, but that is what NYSE and other large stock companies say) or cutting expenses to make sure that you have more than enough money for gas. Invest, cut back on unnecessary expenses, support, provide, whatever; just take measures to make sure that you are the one benefitting well, despite the economy. Everyone has different opinions on how they could benefit; taking all of those different ideas and opinions and wrapping them on the same logic and goal, many things WILL GET DONE. At the same time, your positivity and your "giving back"--no matter how much money you have--will indeed take Chrysler to the next level, General Motors to the next level, Ford to the next level, your household to the next level, your family to the next level, in the pursuit of a blissful economy.

--------------------------------------------------------------

There are too many people that I've talked to and people that I see that just throw money away. In trying times, throwing away money for "toys and goodies" is simply mindless. It is that time to take full responsibility and start making sure that your household is stocked with essentials. By essentials, I mean eliminating or lessening unnecessary junk food and high-end dinners, expenditures way over the proposed budget for the household, etc. START searching for more bargains, sales, and discounts, saving more money in the bank for "rainy days" (and leavin' it in there--I heard of people mooching off the "rainy day" funds, then when a real issue comes, all they got is "lint and tumbleweed"), and constructing a "gas money" fund. I feel sorry for the Hummer, Suburban, Escalade drivers. I'm sure that quite a few of them have more than enough money so that gas is not an issue, but COMMON SENSE must be used.

Saving much more money is a good thing. You'll never know when you'll need it.

Have a GREAT day!
