I know the point of emphasis rule is designed to improve fundamentals and with this being called more it will improve the game etc etc..... however, i personally feel it is getting out of control and it probably could and should be called even more because of the new point of emphasis..
In less your abusing it and or named Iverson.. I feel it should be called only if you gain an advantage while going to he hole or going around someone...(which i believe that was the old /new rule last year) however players dribbling outside the 3 point line with no one guarding them and they get called for plaming
I do not want crazy cross overs that the kids see on and 1. but i just think this is getting crazy from h.s. college and the pro's.... way over the top and I do not know how some players will be able to change. jmo
