A new grand theft Auto in the makings
Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV) is the upcoming ninth installment of the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise, announced for release by Rockstar Games on October 16, 2007 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This series has had major critism but great success in the game world. Around 150 developers are wroking hard to release the next game of the series. Critics of the series predict that this will be by far the best in the series if and only if they take the time and correctly modify glitches and other mishaps like in the lastest series. Unfortunately they will not have it for the PLAYSTATION 2. . .Just because there is newer software out. So for many including myself will not be playing the new GTA for a long time unless the new console prices decreases or if I win a PS3 or XBOX 360. In this the antipation may be higher than any other GTA game but could also downplay the series until we see some major gameplay screenshots and some demos.
The definition of the GTA is-
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) is a computer and console game series created and primarily developed by Scottish developer Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design), published by Rockstar Games and debuted in 1998. It includes seven stand-alone games and two expansion packs for the original, GTA: London 1969 and GTA: London 1961. Grand Theft Auto III and subsequent games in the series have been best-selling blockbusters which have also gained critical acclaim, including several game of the year awards from various sources. In addition, the series has emerged as being so popular and profitable that a long list of Hollywood stars have lent their voices to the games. Gangster film veterans such as Michael Madsen, Samuel L. Jackson, James Woods, Joe Pantoliano, Frank Vincent, Robert Loggia and Ray Liotta have all voiced major characters.

It should be interesting to see what this game does out on the market. More in likely it will do what the rest of them did. Make a ton of money. I have every game, and I like them, but it seems that many parents dont want the game out.
