So i've been to a catholic school all my life. And I have been taught that Jesus is not God. I can totally agree. Just because he has done miracles doesn't necessarily mean that he's God. God gave him the power to heal the sick and what not. Who did he pray to before he was crucified? God. Who did he try to talk to while he was hanging on the cross? God. God is his Father. It is who he and as Catholics, worship. We only honor Jesus becuase he is God's son. Same with the Virgin mary. We honor Mary, but we don't worship her.

You know, I've actually heard many refering to God as Jesus,a nd I think it is a horrible misconception
As a baptist I do know Jesus is the son of God but he is also part of the trilogy God the father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit. Inretro spect Jesus is part of the God we serve. As for Virgin Mary baptist really only see her as the mother and do not pray to her, if that is what you call honoring.
God sorry to say is Jesus Christ. Do you not know the story why Jesus Christ die for you .He Gave his life so that you can live for ever thru repentance. So who then is your God Jesus Christ .Dose not God talk about God for they are one God Even Jesus Christ The Son of the Living God .do you understand this statement . No Ok Because Jesus Gave his Life for us God His Father Gave Jesus His only begotten son to the world so then He becomes our God. that who so ever believes in him will not perish but have ever lasting Life. You aught to ask your mother what caused her so much pain when she was young so that she could release her pain with in her soul to be free to let others know what happened .most people suffer Silently and All it takes, Is some to show that they care to release there pain. Mother and Daughter relationship. Amen
