The longer I look around this site the more I see how stagnate I am, how unprogressive I truly am.
I am involved in many activities at my school...and I am the leader of many organizations. I have the chance to be involved, and see changes made. Yet ,as I read what others have posted on this site, I've begun to realize that my own thoughts and ideas really aren't anything new. I'm not really truly progressing, offering something the masses that will make a change, a difference, for the future.
To not progress, is to be in a standstill, stagnate. But, what can a person do? I love to learn, debate, challenge myself. So I think that's what my goal will be through my blog. Bear with me; I know that not all of my arguments and opinions will be the best. I've realized now how little strength a lot of my arguments are, loosely based on what I believe, and what I was brought up on in the Bible-belt, Republican based area that I am in.
I look forward to a better future for myself; cultivating the ideas, impressions, thoughts, and beliefs that will shape my future. A change to grow, not stand still, but to change; to progress.
