Think Progress

Progress to me is going back to school to learn a new field of employment. This will be where i can do the work from my home,need be, and have a wonderful outlook on life for myself and my 6 year old grandson. Progress means finding a better solution to my work status and to be able to be there , when my grandson needs me. He has some learning disabilities that need my immediate attention an at the job I have now ,it is very hard to address his problems because of management. Progress will give me a more flexible scheudule after completing my schooling ,that I am so excited to be able to do. Progress means being able to go back to school at my age and being a role model for my children ,that it is never too late to find a meaningful career that you enjoy and get a paycheck for it. Progress means leaving a job that has no advancement, does not respct and support an individual to go back to school , if the main employer offers new techniques t o help further your knowledfe and to be able to bid on an other job that has the charactistes I have attained from couses offered by work.
