I would suggest you expand upon you idea of "shared responsibility". Responsibility for what? How does sharing responsibility help? How should we go about sharing reponsibilities? If you do that then you will likely meet the 100 word minimum
(2) I recommend you use a spell checker to make your post more legible. If you have something meaningful to say it would be nice if someone were to read it. People are more likely to take the time to read it if they do not have to spend a great deal of time figuring out what you wrote.
(3) Thanking yourself is considered poor form.
