As of right now I’m very excited to report to all of you fast foods are not only making you obese but the chemicals and products in these artificial foods are killing the world. Recently I have written numerous blogs attacking the fast-food community. We need to be educated about these foods and what we are putting in our bodies.

On CNN.com I stumbled upon an article about the Japanese and obesity crisis going on over there. . .

“As Japanese have turned to bigger portions and more meat and fried foods, obesity and related illnesses such as high blood pressure have become a rising concern (http://www.cnn.com/2007/TECH/biztech/05/24/japan.dieting.ap/index.html?pc=wfmy).” The boom of McDonald’s and other fast food chains hit
Japan less than a decade ago. Since then obesity and related illness have sky-rocketed in
Japan. Young men in there 20’s and 30’s are the most affected. This should be an indication to Americans that is what is killing us. Yes it is nice to eat a meal for 2 bucks but is it worth your health? Is that double bacon cheeseburger with tomato, pickle, lettuce, ketchup, mustard and extra grease that good? Couldn’t you cook something with more taste and quality at home? Make time! Many people say you got to know your priorities and this is so true. Look at the long-term affects; we all live busy lives but if you want to continue strong cutting fast food considerably can work wonders for you. I can stress enough that most doctors recommend you eat fast food one to two times a month; while many suggest no fast food at all.

No matter what is said you have to do the research yourself and find the facts so I challenge all of you fast food lovers out there to find out what they put in those chickens nuggets or the fatty chemicals no one can pronounce? It will surprise you. But the key to all of this is spreading the word. . . We are all entitled to know what goes in our body.
