Our generation is so hung up on Obama because they really don't have a clue about what he's about...all he does is spout "change change change" CHANGE WHAT DICKHEAD? okay...universal health care??? aka COMMUNISM....so that makes health care available to everyone but ya know what else it does? it turns it to shit. look at canada for god's sake. all the canadians that can afford it come HERE for anything involving medicine because the QUALITY of universal health care is so much shittier than ours...

LEGAL ABORTION. i'm sorry but i don't care what ANYBODY says. abortion is murder. that is a FACT. only recently a guy was charged for two murders when he killed a pregnant woman. what the fuck? see even america knows it, we're just too selfish and fucked up to suck it up and accept the consequences of our dumbass mistakes. so we'd rather kill babies. okay...so far...Obama is a communist murderer. and that is what our youth is turning to....wow. i think my point is proven. I loved how your blog started out because Deval Patrick, Massachusetts governor is the same way, and I dont like that he is not specific about his ideas and stuff.

First and foremost, I agree with the previous person, please control your language as this is a more formal website.
Secondly, did you know that as far as up to the fourth month of pregnancy, there is no chance of survival for the fetus. So how can it be murder if the life cannot sustain on its own. And on that note, is it murder then to try and expel a bacterial infection through antibiotics? I mean, bacteria is classified as life, is it not?
As for Obama wanted to legalize abortion, who are you to take away a woman's choice? No, many may not agree with it. So when a person's time comes to get pregnant, they can choose to keep the child. But unless God (in a general sense) came down from the sky and specifically said that abortion is murder, they cannot presume to push your beliefs on another person. Our country is based on freedom of choice, let's not forget that.

If I were to use the logic of your argument that you cannot murder something that cannot sustain life on its own, then killing an infant would not be murder. An infant will die very soon without someone to take care of it. An infant cannot feed itself. It cannot protect itself. There is absolutely no question that without whole and complete dependence on someone else, an infant will not survive. A two year old child, for that matter, wouldn't be able to survive without some dependance on someone else. I mean, if we get down to it, why don't we just kill off all those old people too that live in homes because they need someone else to take care of them. I mean it couldn't possibly be murder right? Because they have no chance of survival on their own. And hey, while we're at it how bout all those people with physical and mental diseases that have care takers and parents and case managers and counselers and whatever else because they absolutely cannot survive without dependancy on somebody else? That sure solves all our population problems doesn't it?
And about the bacteria??? I think it's wrong to kill PEOPLE. I mean I eat meat and vegetables and I don't doubt that both animals and plants are alive. So. I don't really know where you're going with that whole argument but....I don't really see your point. I don't really think you have one.
Also, the fundamental right to life outweighs anybodys choice. Our country may be based on the freedom of choice but I guarantee you, if you choose to stab, beat, shoot, whatever someone to death....well baby, you made the wrong choice. And you'll pay for it. Because America is also about justice. Or at least it used to be.
So... now we're classifying abortion as the removal of bacteria? I dont get it. I'm for freedom of choice but i think we should look at abortion as what it is.. What about partial birth abortion? Do you think thats just seeing as the baby is well over 4 months of development? Guided by ultrasound, the abortionist grabs the baby's leg with forceps. The baby's leg is pulled out into the birth canal. The abortionist delivers the baby's entire body, except for the head. The abortionist jams scissors into the baby's skull. The scissors are then opened to enlarge the hole. The scissors are removed and a suction tube is inserted. The child's brain is sucked out, causing the skull to collapse. The dead baby is then removed.... sounds like murder to me.

I would think most Americans would go to Canada for health care because most Americans cannot get coverage here. With universal health care, everybody will be covered and there will be no more loop holes in the system. There is a chance for everybody to get care no matter what their illness is.
Also, abortion is already legalized...so I'm not sure how him supporting something that is already legal is a bad thing. You many not agree with it, and that's fine, but it is not your choice, or the choice of the government to take a woman's right to do what she pleases with her body, away.

Only a little over 1 out of 10 in the US do not have coverage, and some of those people could get it if they wanted to pay.

Every socialized medicine country has cases of people dying while they are on a waiting list for operations that you can have immediately if you have the means to pay in this country. those cases make up a good portion of the people who come to the US from these 'universal' health care paradises.

Ok. Free speech people. Free speech. I think it's kind of funny how people get so offended over what people say more than over what they do. Like I can't express a little outrage if I feel it. But I'll make it all nice and pretty for you all from now on since it seems to be such an issue.
