Super expensive private school.....

I was too lazy to write my blog when I was in China but it seems unbelievable that I have my English blog now…. I received my first comment and it seems not a “happy story” about her Chinese roommate. I am sorry about that but I am quite confuse about the 24/7… I come from Hongkong so maybe that’s some Chinese dialect… I broke up with my boyfriend since I would come here to be the exchange student so I won’t have “boyfriend issue”! I attend a very unusual private school here to be the exchange student because it’s a super expensive private school. How “super” is it? The Budwieser’s family’s son is in it---my grade! First time I even don’t know what the Budwieser’s family means but later, when I saw the tons of commercials of Budwieser during the Super Ball TV show and visited his “Garden”---Bush Garden…Honestly I am quite shocked…I really like my school because it’s quite small---around 200 students, very good equipments, environments and very small classes, which is what I like but just totally different as China… We have 5000 students in my high school and the smallest class is 60 students… We never Change classroom while the teachers change and we will have the same classmates for 3 whole high school years… Because of this, it could be easier for us to make true friends instead of the acquaintances…  Most students in my school drive and all have the fancy cars… The best brand, the most expensive brand and the newest style…

wow. your school even has a lil celebrity! i go to a regular public school.. we live in the middle of texas. somewhere .... where wearing hunting overalls to school isnt unusal and most of the kids have big, muddy trucks. hahah

You're not in college? My bad.

Oh, and 24/7 is twentyfour hours a day/ seven days a week. Kinda slang I guess for "all the time".

I went to a private grammar school for 10 years. I loved it. My parents didn't want me to go to a private high school because there are not too many in the chicagoland area. However, I was the smartest one in all of my regular classes because I learned so much in grammar school. Now, I will attend pricate colleges until I get a job. I just like the smallness of the school and classes.

You never heard of 24/7. Where do you live again?

Interesting, it's so different than here.

Just know that not all schools are like that. Some have more students, some have less, and many public schools have outdated equipment. It just depends on the funding in the area.
