Well, I am new here, and I just wanted to say hey to everyone. I was looking through some of the other people's blogs, and I just wanted to go ahead and clarify that I am probably not going to write about politics, or anything like that. I think I am going to use this as a personal page, put my thoughts (which do tend to be interesting, I hope), my concerns, and other things like that. It might be a deterent to most people, but I know that I am very interested in what other people think.
So my first thought is ..... Why do people insist on using each other as personal diaries? People say things, do things that really are not appropriate for other people. I have a friend who came in and asked me what I wanted to know about her weekend. Now, there is a little bit of a story behind that, but honestly she had already told me what had happened, and of course it was important, but I really didn't want to know anything more than what I had already been told. People expect people to be interested in their lives. Some people are. Some are not. If someone wants to tell someone something, go ahead. Tell them, but don't expect them to be interested or to want to ask you about something.
