How can some one live in two world? you may ask. Its very simple.
Having immigrant parents and being born in the US I have the opportunity to live and experiences two different worlds. Even though I feel like I am more American then Mexican, seeing as how I was born here and have never been to Mexico, I get to celebrate twice the holidays and eat different foods. I also get to experience both cultures I have been taught both morals from both the American and the Mexican side and I am happy to say that I am bilingual. I have the opportunity to talk to twice the most amazing people in the world. I feel like there is no barrier.
And even though i do look more Mexican, some people think I am form the middle east, then American I get to experience all the wonders of the United States. Even though I have never been to Mexico I still experience the culture, and religion and many others one day I am planning to visit my moms home town in Mexico. I want to see where she grew up and how she lived.
Living in Both Worlds has been a magnificent experience that not so any people get the chance to experience!
