Do you think video games cause violence?
Violence in any form is a cause of anger, hate, greed, insanity, or a combination of the four. Emotions and feelings fuel our actions. Sure, some violence may be copied from a video game, but the games do not create the violence. Video games do not create motive. So, say someone attacks someone in a brutal manner learned from a video game. Is the video game to blame? I think no. People kill, attack, and harm other people in much worse ways than on any video game ever created. Is this because of a video game? No. Multiple emotions, or the insanity factor. If a person lets a video game control them in such a way so that they harm another human being, they need to be checked into an insanity ward.
Now it's your turn, let's hear your opinoin....

This crusade is actually something easy to point out. A bunch of bored feminist looking for something new to complain about cause i mean after they got equal wages and sufferage they want more and more...kids have helmets for everything now adays except for beating off and i think the helmet for that is in the prototype stage.
Yeah, actually my psychology professor from last semester did research on this. Well, what she did was interview serial killers to learn more about them, basically. One of the things that was asked was how much violent TV and video games they were exposed to as a kid. Yeah, playing violent video games as a kid is correlated to crime in the future, but note that the main word there is correlated...meaning one does not cause the other. Of course I don't remember details of her research. Personally, I think a person has to predisposed to violence to have a video game affect them at all. Chances are they would have ended up doing the same things either way. The video games don't help the situation with these individuals, but they certainly do not cause or start anything. And I don't believe that a bloody video game can turn an innocent person to violence or crime.
I'd blame violent crime more on poor parenting and socioeconomic disadvantage sooner than I'd blame video games; if anything, violent video games might help kids work out aggression rather than causing it.
They're still disgusting and tasteless. But they're probably not causing crime.
(if you can't see the fnords they won't eat you)
you cant blame a vidoe game for the killing of people. millions of kids and teeneagers play video games and 98% of them have never killed anyone and most of them have never even hurt someone so how can you blame a video game for violence. i am sure that there are other things rather than video games that are affecting killers.
