NASCAR II

NASCAR finally did something. NASCAR had two officials who are tied to the scandal placed on indefinate leave. This sounds not good on their employment future. These two offiicials were in Kentucky (which is not got a deserving CUp race) for the Nationwide race. NASCAR claims th at they have not found any instance where she complained to others.
My thinking is that someone is covering up. Either its all a lie or someone destroyed doccuments. There has been enough time. I mean some people could make it very difficult. The victim in this case stopped short at HR because two weeks earlier she was punished me in a perceived retaliation for complaining about what was happening to her.
You can be pressured out of a job. It only takes actions of a fiew. SOme people might sweep complaints under the rug. It happens in schools. Someone would not call police for incidents because they dont want the perceived statistics stigma associated with violence on campus incidents.
This is wrong. NASCAR by doing wh at it does now makes valid her claims. I think she will either settle or it will go to trial. She may not get much if lawyers and appeals. It is not right.
