OK i can relate to this
i have a 16 year old brother and he is in TYC or prison.anyways he is 16 years old and they have 21 year olds living with these kids
About 2 months ago my brother told us that some guy was found unconsicous with a broom stick in his anus.and he was just a kid.
I know these kids did something bad to go there but seriosuly how stupid can these judges be to send LITTLE KIDS to live with 21 year olds?
I called my brothers social worker at the prison and asked for an explanation at first she admited the incident then when i told her that nothing better happen to my brother or they would be looking at a law suit,as soon as i said those words she recanted her story and said nothing like that ever happens there.
Yes i know,they did something to be in prison but comeone that is SICK!!!!
thats not only rape but its rape of a minor.
I have thought about becoming a juvenile officer and try to help kids stay out of troubel so they dont end up like that poor kid.
But i know I,myself cannot make a difference,its up to those kids too,
It just makes me sick knowing lil kids are getting raped by much older people and mad that these judges would just throw them in there.But then again thats Texas for you
