If you haven't heard gang violence is on its peak of becoming the number one cause of teenagers death now and days. A recent poll has just been taken in California and 20 students death has been the cause of gang violence. To my knowledge the high school that i am currently attending (Hazelwood East), two students have lost their lives to gang violence. Not to mention that the school year is not even over yet. The goal I think our generation should be tryig to reach is to resolve conflict without violence. Even if there was violence it shouldn't lead up to a innocent persons death. Anybody that is out there that help obtain this goal soon please reach out to your fellow teenagers and advise them peaceful solutions are the best soluitons anybody could do. The idea of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. that we could fight and win without the use of violence has slowly deminished, but it is my generation job replenished that idea and start acting on it. If not these situations are just going to start to get worse and worse beyond our imagination. I think that parents should have some part in this crisis too. Who else are teenagers going to listen to for authoritive reasons.

Ok so I understand what you are saying but there are regional differences here. I am in South Carolina and we do not have that problem. Tell the readers where, as in what cities, they need to spread awareness and reread your blog before you post it because of spleeling issues. Have a nice day!
