I believe you can tell alot about a person from the kind of music they listen to. For example, those who listen to heavy metal, hard rock music, tend to be a little more edgier and risk taking, while those who listen to, say, classical, are usually much more reserved and shy. What about those who listen to bluegrass? I think those are the people who tend to be the real down to earth, stay at home and play guitar type people, who are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Or there are the people who listen to pop, the ones who are probably social, and probably like to go out and have a good time. Or there are the country, types, like gretchen wilson, and carrie underwood, who, while having a soft side, like to be tomboys too (like my sister). Another kind are those who listen to religious music, those are the people who probably have strong morals and such. And rap...that one is harder to target, but I think people who like rap are more likely to not want to sit still and like doing things. (These are all just my opinions, none of these are meant as insults or anything of the sort). Then there are the people who listen to artists like Weird Al, and that kind of stuff, and those people are probably more comical people.
I think it is really interesting how some people are good at reading people, or movies or whatever, just because of music. FOr example, my sisters Philosophy teacher. If you take a ton of different styles of music and songs, and just play him part of the song, with no words, only with instrumentals, (like maybe the beginning or the end or a soundtrack or something) he can tell you what the movie is about (if it is a soundtrack) and what is happening at that time in the movie, extremely closely to the correct answer. It is so cool. I guess it is sort of like body language, how if you are doing a certain thing, it gives off a certain vibe about you, I think that is kind of what happens with your music.

I love to have movie soundtrack music playing, or anything really during my day. This seems to be, like a soundtrack to my own life. I'm happier when peppy music comes on, and a little more somber when the slow deep music plays through. I have such a wide variety of music I wonder what someone would think of me as they went through my CD case :)
I know, me too! I love music..I like just about a little of everything (except heavy metal and hard rock...)! Classical, Pop, country, a little rap...everything!
Ewww! I hate country music, rap, and most pop music. I like classical, rock, and some Christian music. Some music genres I just don't understand and probably never will.
