Why are we so scared to accept death? I don't think we are scared of the pain. I just think we are scared of the time. We never know when something could happen to us and end our life or a life of one of our loved ones. We are scared that we might regret our relationship with them or something we did. Often times when people say goodbye to their parents they just say, "Bye Mom. They don't say I love you or thank you or anything. What were to happen if later that day something happened to your mom. You would probaby feel very selfish and wish that you had told her you loved her. This occurs a lot in society. You never know when something can happen.
So every chance we get we must express our feelings because you never know you may never have another chance to do so. So next time you are saying goodbye think about what I said. Express your feelings. Tell your parents you love them and thank you. Tell your boyfriend you love them, your husband or so on. I just want people to realize that anything can happen at any given time and it is not healthy to have regrets.

Rest in peace

I have to say, You cannot say I love you when you are dead!
