A little bit about myself

I guess you should know a little bit about me if you are going to be reading this blog. I am Jessica Mondillo, and am a freshman at Boston University. I am majoring in film production, but I do not want to direct or produce block busters nor do I want to move to California. I am involved in Redstone Showcase and On That Point, two student run TV shows on BUTV 10. I am 18, and my views differ from most people my age.

I enjoy politics and did consider majoring in it, but decided against it because I feel most politicians are corrupt and I don’t want to be like that. I have a moderate to conservative point of view on most political issues, which you will notice eventually in my blog. I am anti-gun control, since the only sport I participate in is smallbore rifle shooting. I have gone with the Massachusetts State Team to the national matches 2 years, but have been on the team for 3 years (this is my fourth year).

I like to travel and love historical or natural locations (i.e. National Parks and Historic Sites). Since I like nature, it goes along with the fact that I hate the city (something I never realized until I lived in Boston for a month).

I have blogged before this. My other blog can be seen at
http://mondillo.wordpress.com/. I like when people comment on my blogs because I like discussion and debating. I don’t have a problem with differing views as long as people have support for them. Also, please tell me if you have additional information. I usually try to cite my sources somewhere in the post, but I don’t know everything.
