Characteristics of a Great Day

1.) You wake up With a positive attitude.
2.) You Speak Only those things that you want to see happen to you.
3.) Help Someone else have a good day.
4.) Volunteer Your Services.
5.) Become involved with extracurricular Activities, example: Bowling, Singing, Swimming etc.
6.) Count to ten if someone makes yu angry.
7.) Sing Hymns or quote positive feedback you have experiences.
8.) See Yourself in a good mood and your mood will be effective as you imagine it.
9.) Call up and old friend and tell them that are wonderful.
10.) Most of all don't complain because it could be worst.

These examples are just the top ten of the most important factors to help you have a great day. You and only you have the power to control the way your day will go. Although, you may encounter situations that will cause you to feel as though you wish had stayed in bed or you wish the day will end so that you could start fresh, you must know that whatever happens in the outcome of your day remains solely up on you. Imagine that you had a pencil with a large eraser and that every time you experience a negative encounter you would be able to erase the starting point of that negativity and pencil a new encounter. Well Guess what you do except it is not a tangible pencil that you can hold or feel but it is a inner pencil that is within that you may recall any situation and began to detour from the negative prospect and begin to focus on the postive ones.
