So, election day is tomorrow, and I am pumped about one issue in particular. In my region, there is a smoking issue on the ballot that if it is passed there will be no smoking in public places such as, restarurants, bars, clubs, bowling alleys and other public places. I think it would be great to go out for the night, and not come home reeking of cigarette smoke. Im all about people's rights to do what they please and that the government should stay out of our business, but when those rights affect the people around them, it cannot be tolerated.
If you really need to smoke, go outside, its not that big of a deal.

I'm not a smoker and I can agree with not smoking in resturants but I don't know so much about bars and clubs. I mean some places are just associated with smoking. I understand about restuarants becuase if your eating you really don't want to be bothered by other people's smoking habits, but usually when you go to a bar or a club you expect people will be smoking. Me if I don't want to be bothered with smoke I just go some place else most of the time it doesn't bother me. I expect it.
