Youth these days have been told only one thing, put the xbox controler down and do something. The 2008 elections are just a year away and this is our chance to do something. In the last presidential election "Rock the Vote" was a success letting the voices of the youth be heard. It could only go up from here. All around school, there is talk of not liking what our government is doing. That changes with voting. Most think of the elections as an elders responsibility to do something...you know because youth can't keep it's head on straight...but this election has to be about what we think as well. It really doesn't matter who you are or who you vote for, it's about just showing the rest of the United States that young people do care about the issues.
