1,400 teens die from drug overdose every year. Drugs have taken a big toll on teens. Peer pressure is one of the main causes for so many teens using drugs. No matter what your friends or enemies have told you, doing or selling drugs does not make you cool. It makes you stupid. Why would you put something into your body that you know could only hurt you? What is the fun in slowly killing yourself? Every time you do drugs you're killing way more brain cells in a day than a person who doesn't do drugs at all.
The other day a person I barely know decided to just come right out and tell me that he got kicked out of school for bringing weed to school and selling it. I just couldn't believe how open he was about it. Then I asked him if he was planning on kicking that habit before he went back to school and he said that he didn't consider it a habit. And that he knew that he was stupid for it. Of course, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that he wouldn't consider it a habit because he's the one doing it. He's in denial. He is only like 15 or 16 years old which is younger than me and if he doesn't stop this he could get into a lot more trouble than just getting kicked out of school. My biggest question though, is that if he knows that what he is doing is wrong and stupid then why is he still doing it? His reasoning behind this subject just doesn't make any sense at all to me.
Doing drugs is one of the stupidest things that anyone could do. So, the next someone offers you drugs of any sort, tell them no.
It's kinda scary how young kids start using and selling drugs. I had a friend that got busted in middle school for trying to sell pot at school. She was 13 and had stolen it from her parents stash. And of course, they were more livid that she'd stolen it than that she'd taken it to school, attempted to sell it and gotten kicked out as a result. Really screwed up priorities there.

Your right. Drugs are stupid. Its something that can seriously harm you. The irony? Most of the people I know do some sort of drug. For what? No reason is good enough to slowly kill yourself.
