So Pfizer's anti-smoking pill just got approved by the FDA. it has helped one in five smoker's quit after a year of use.
You know what? Why would you take a pill every day for a year to quit smoking? Get some willpower and stop yourself. It's not that hard. I used to smoke but then my boyfriend told me he didn't like it. So I quit. no pill, no patch, no gum. This is just another stupid thing for people to buy because they have to control overthemselves.

Um, that's a localized case. For the vast majority of smokers, drug abusers and drinkers, stopping isn't that easy. Psychological and PHYSIOLOGICAL dependences are extremely difficult to cease. That's why we have support groups, therapy sessions etc.
Consider the science.
Ok, well i have tried smoking and i didn't like it at all so i quit instantly. But on the other hand my mom, who has been a smoker since she was about my age; which would be around 20 years give or take, has tried to quit. I do say that people have to control but i say that they have no control on quiting not over the drugs they may take.
