Recycling is a good thing. I know that it can be expensive to start up, but it is worth it. If more people recycled, the world would be a better place. I am convincing my roommates to recycling and getting involved in many groups that care about recycling. I enjoy nature and would like to keep it the way it is. I enjoy going outside to ride my bike and not see paper or plastic objects that should have been recycled, in a lake. Now, how to convince people to recycle. Hmm. Educate them about recycling; tell them that recycling is the future. Maybe, we will be in such a great need that we will get paid to recycle. I don't know. All I know is that I am for recycling and I am happy with what I am doing to help Mother Earth.

The problem I have is that my county does not take a lot of things that could be recycled. What I think would help would be if more places offered curb side recycling. It's free and they give you the plastic bin. All you have to do is fill it and put it outside.

I try to recycle whenever I can.. We just had a discussion about pollution in one of my classes and many of the students said why do we care it's not going to affect us.. It's a sad thought taht we only think of ourselves and not the future.
