Gas Boycott

Hey,

 I assume that many have heard of this boycott that many people are calling for on the major oil company EXXON/MOBIL. For those of you unaware, this is because the company takes part in various unethical practices. They have recently spent $15 billion dollars funding "junk science" that in turn causes confusion and uncertainty in regards to whether global warming even really exists. The company also refuses repeatedly to offer subsidies to America as well as under-developed nations. They have even gone as far as to raise the price of their gasoline in these countries. I understand free trade but with prices over $3.00 a gallon in most places, i do believe this is getting ridiculous. What many environmentalist and social justice groups are proposing is a boycott of EXXON/MOBIL. The idea is to force the company to lower gas prices by buying gasoline from lower priced companies. One of these companies is CITGO. This is probably the lowest priced company you will probably find besides HESS. CITGO also offers subsidies to both the U.S. and other countries.

I urge all of you to actively participate in this boycott by spreading the word to friends & family as well as not buying EXXON/MOBIL gasoline.
