What would you if you knew you could not FAIL....
Would you currently be in the feild that you are in right now?
When I first heard that quote I was attending a private university down south and I was an English major heading toward being a teacher. I thought hey I am good in English and with children. My father suggested that I go into teacin and I said "OKAY!" Later on down the road I realized that i do not want to be a teacher. I like dealing with children but for 8 or more hours a day..? I dont think so. I also realizedthat despite how important and vitle a teacher's role in a childs life they dont get paid to well.. I also realized that i had a passion for writting not for teaching some about all the rules of Grammar. I wanted to express myself through writting and then later on I realized that it is not only the writting but the producing/ Editing that I really wanted to be on control of. That is the final product and you may write a piece on the "Hazards of Drinking Tap Water" and when u read the final article it is now become "Why Tap water may not be as bad as you think". (lol.. some what of a person story!)
I said that simply to say this ... R you happy? When you wake up in the morning are you happy to be going to your Daily Grind. Whatever that may be... Have you thought hey i want to open a business but you never actually did it. I can tell you no one who was great ever became great by staying in thier Comfort Zone. Great can be on what ever level you want it to be. Maybe for you it is just going after that promotion or maybe it is quitting the job you havte and going into business for yourself. For me it was finding an effective way to express myself and make alot of money doing so. I am not there yet but I am on my path and I am HAPPY!!!
SO AGAIN, I ASK IF YOU KNEW YOU COULD NOT FAIL WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
-MM-

If I knew I could not fail, I would pursue my dreams because I know that I will be happy doing it. If the moment passes by and I don't like it anymore, since I know I cannot fail, I would move on to a new career. Until I finally find that one thing that would make me happy, not just for a while, but for a very long time... You gotta try things out before you realize if you like it or not right? Well, that doesn't go for everything, especially drugs and all that bad stuff. But the good stuff, go for it. As long as you don't harm anyone else on your journey, it shouldn't be a sin. =]
