The Best Way to deal with Illegal Immigration

The best way to effectively deal with illegal immigration, is to protect fair wages. A large number of American politicians say that, "immigrants do the jobs that Americans don't won't to do." This is not true. First Americans have always done these jobs. The difference is in the amount of pay. On average an illegal immigrant is paid less for the work they do. This is work, it should not be a matter of who is doingn the work but, that he or she is paid a fair price for the work that they have done. This is hurtful to the American ecomony because, a large amount of money is leaving the country untaxed by the IRS and prevents Americans from receive the jobs.
Plus, this is wrong. A contractor should not seek a cheaper less expreinced worker to build a house. This underminds the rights of the worker, and the home buyer. The worker is not getting paid the amount the work deserves. And the contractor doesn't cut the price of the house; profits just go up.
The buyer is wronged by not getting the skillful labbor that they could. Without the skillful labor. The home buyer often has to pay for another contractor to come in and make repairs. This has become such a problem that lawmakers are considering bills that would require home builds to make repairs in a timely manner.

Huh. Maybe this is why we've got such a bad economy right now.

exactly....i have no problem with illegal aliens, it is the business owners that KNOWINGLY hire illegals in order to cut labor costs.....the business owners are the ones that take good paying jobs away from americans

Absolutely the way to tackle this problem is in the workplace. When there are raids on a workplace where illegals are working, the goal should not be to arrest or deport the illegal immigrants. They should be completely ignored. Then there can be no charges of racism or racial profiling or separation of families or anything like that.

The goal of workplace raids should be to make life absolutely horrendously miserable for the scumbags that are giving jobs to illegal aliens. They are exploiting illegal labor to depress wages for working Americans. These are generally our poorest citizens and that is unconsciousable. And they are using the cheap labor to unfairly compete with other businesses that are trying to follow the law.

Consistent and robust workplace enforcement with harsh consequences would dry up the jobs. There would be no reason to deport anybody because when the jobs dried up the illegal aliens would leave the same way they came: voluntarily and at their own expense. If some of the illegal aliens chose to leave their anchor baby citizen children behind with relatives to take advantage of our education system that would be a voluntary choice. They broke up their families, not our government.

Now we just need to convince the Democrats because most Republicans are on board with this approach.

I was browsing and I find your site very valuable posting of information. Your post is an eye opener to everybody. Yes! your are correct to say that "a large amount of money is leaving the country untaxed by the IRS ". We cannot pleased everybody to follow what is right, because some of us want to find workers that are paid less. They didn't care the status of the employee as long as they work well. You have a point to choose a right worker who have a legal documents. And I agree on what you say " immigrants do the jobs same as Americans" the difference is immigrants in the amount of pay.
